Prof. Sankoh is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in research, teaching, and high-level administrative roles. His work spans several continents, with current positions as Executive Director of the Centre for Health Research and Training at the University of Management and Technology (UNIMTECH) where he is a Research Professor and the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration). He is an adjunct professor in the School of Community Health Sciences at Njala University, Sierra Leone.
Prof. Harris retired after nearly two decades with the University of Louisville in the United States. She started with the Dept. of Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences in July 2005 and served the department in a variety of roles over the years, including director of the PhD programme, director of the MPH programme, and chair of the PhD programme committee. As a faculty member, she took the initiative to organise and lead numerous trips to Ghana for public health students, and chaperoned other UofL trips abroad,
Dr. Margaret Kroma specializes in agriculture, food security, and natural resource management. Dr. Claudette Ahiabor, Esq., is an experienced researcher, corporate lawyer, and trainer. With a doctorate in Business Administration focusing on the effectiveness of scientific research in public institutions in Ghana, she brings a robust academic and practical background to her roles.
Dr. Sesay is an academic and researcher currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Commerce at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra LeoneHe also holds the position of Director of Research and Innovation at the University of Management and Technology (UNIMTECH) and works as an Independent National Consultant on Research and Data Analysis.
Dr. Ibrahim is an associate professor at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. She is Director of the Institute for Gender Research and Documentation (INGRADOC). As of 2022, she holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the same institution, reflecting her extensive contributions to academia, gender advocacy, and social research.

Dr. Jia Bainga Kangbai is a William J. Fulbright Fellow and Germany DAAD Fellow, holding a PhD in Medical Research – International Health from the University of Munich, Germany, and an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Kentucky, USA. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and also teaches public health courses at Njala University in Sierra Leone.

Marian boasts of an extensive educational background and a prolific career in statistics, library management, and education. Marian's academic journey is marked by notable achievements. In 2017, she earned a Master of Science in Development Management from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone. Prior to that, she obtained a Master of Arts in Library Studies (2002)

He also holds a BSc in Logistics and Procurement Management (2012 - 2015) and a BSc in Computer Science (2009 - 2011) from IAMTECH, Sierra Leone, where he also earned a Diploma in Computer Science (2007 - 2009).
