Dr. Claudette Ahiabor

Dr. Claudette Ahiabor, Esq., is an experienced researcher, corporate lawyer, and trainer. With a doctorate in Business Administration focusing on the effectiveness of scientific research in public institutions in Ghana, she brings a robust academic and practical background to her roles.

Throughout her career, Dr. Ahiabor has led training initiatives across various institutions, including banks and public organizations. Notable programs include customer service training for Union Trust Bank Ltd. in Sierra Leone and senior management coaching for the National Insurance Company.

Her mentorship extends to supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, having guided students and clients in business plan development and management theory. She played a crucial role as a lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone, fostering a practical approach to entrepreneurship, with many students successfully launching their own businesses.

Professionally, Dr. Ahiabor has held roles such as Business Development Manager and Board Secretary at the Institute of Directors-Ghana and served as a Credit Analyst and Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. She has a strong command of credit analysis, client relationship management, and risk assessment. Her international training and professional memberships, including with the Institute of Directors-Ghana and as a Project Management Professional (PMP), reflect her commitment to continuous learning and expertise in governance and corporate best practices.

Her legal expertise spans litigation in debt recovery, divorce, and contract law, while her corporate experience includes advisory services for small and medium-sized businesses in finance, operations, product development, and compliance.

In her personal pursuits, Dr. Ahiabor is passionate about research, corporate law, and training, with hobbies that include meditating, reading, and music. She possesses key strengths in futuristic vision, continuous learning, focus, achievement, and competitiveness, which drive her to excel in dynamic business environments.
